Seeking advice on unrolling 311 complaint form process


I’ve been a big 311 user but lets face it - the interface is terrible. I’d like to focus on some very specific use cases and create my own interface for them. the particular form set i’m looking at is four pages and uses a session id to track data between submissions.

has anyone worked on a project like this? or know of something similar?

it seems like some of the more annoying aspects of this project have already been solve somewhere - but where?
