Hi. I’m working on a project to organize information about city agencies: which will include information about their services, projects, facilities, staff and finances.
I’m trying to understand the city’s Financial Plan Expense (Release Date: November 21, 2017) doc linked from here.
My first (and hopefully last) question is: why is the same set of budget lines repeated three times for each agency? That do they mean? Pic is attached.
