[CROW] Weekly Sync at 10pm Tuesdays

Hi All,

It is now less than 4 months to the end of Phase I of CROW and we’re setting up a weekly checkins to help us stay on plan and target.

This will be an opportunity to review the past week, discuss challenges and problems and review our targets for the coming week. The checkins are completely open and the point is not for everybody to have to join every session, but to have a CROW dedicated talk that is open for everyone to discuss the project.

All,

It has been brought to my attention that Sunday evening at 9pm is perhaps no longer best time to for everyone to the weekly sync call. So to address this change in circumstances (mainly do to GoT S05…), I am proposing these alternative times on Monday and Tuesday evening.

All,

Hope everyone enjoyed yesterday’s episode of GoT! The results of the Doodle are in, and our new weekly sync meeting time will be Tuesdays at 10pm.

The next meeting will therefore be tomorrow evening at 10pm.

If you have any specific points you want to discuss or need help with, feel free to add them in the comment field below or bring them up during the meeting directly.

In addition to this, we will also institute a biweekly sync call with DCAS during work hours. We hope to find a suitable time for that this week. Details will follow.
