On June 14, 2016, NYC 311 and DoITT will be launching a new dataset available through the NYC Open Data portal. The 311 Call Center Inquiry dataset will contain information on all agent-handled calls to the City’s 311 information line, including date, time, and topic. Representatives from NYC 311 and DoITT will present the dataset at a Lunchtime BetaTalk at Civic Hall @ 12:30pm.
The purpose of this discussion board is for users to provide feedback on their experience using the dataset to NYC 311, DoITT, and the civic tech community. We’d love to know who is working with this data, how they are using it, and what can be improved.
